Networking Events

The Engineering Career Centre’s (ECC) industry partners frequently seek out ways to establish an on campus presence as a means of connecting with students. We work with these employers to coordinate events such as Career Fairs and Employer Information Sessions.

Information Sessions

Companies are welcome to promote their organization and opportunities to targeted students through informative group sessions. The format, details presented, and the event speakers are  determined by the employer. The ECC can provide support in booking of space and marketing the event to students.

The busiest time for Information Sessions is normally between September and November and in January to mid-February. The sessions usually run for 1-2 hours in the early evenings or over the lunch hour. The U of T central Career Centre also organizes similar sessions and the ECC collaborates with them to ensure that all engineering focused employer events are advertised to the appropriate students.

To organize a PEY Employer Information Session please contact Please mention your targeted audience – Full-time, Summer or PEY Interns.
