Marlyn de los Reyes, Internship Program Coordinator
Marlyn joined the ECC in 2006 with a degree in Commerce and brought an extensive background in office administration and finance. As an internship program coordinator, her role in the ECC has focused on establishing the best administrative strategies to develop positive relationships with industry partners and connect opportunities with students. She also supports the ECC management in establishing administrative workflow as well as refining internal policies and procedures.

Fazia Khan, Internship Program Coordinator
Fazia has worked at U of T since 2010 at the faculty of Applied Science and Engineering and Rotman Commerce. Fazia has over 10 years of experience delivering customer solutions from her experiences in corporate banking, event planning to student engagement and employer recruitment. Her role at the ECC includes coordinating the Professional Experience Year (PEY) Program, advising students and employers throughout the process.

Kate Epp, Internship Program Coordinator
Kate joined the ECC in 2008. She has over 10 years of experience in front of the line relations, as well as experience facilitating events and recruitment with both students and employers. As an Internship Program Coordinator, Kate coordinates the Professional Experience Year (PEY) Program, advising students and employers throughout the process.

Nancy Dragicevic, Program Administrator
Nancy recently came to us all the way from Vancouver, BC. She brings with her almost 20 years of experience in client relations, as well as experience in human resources and education. Nancy manages the ECC’s financial and statistical reports, coordinates counselling appointments, answers general inquiries about ECC programs and assists in organizing internship recruitment activities.

Megan Tate, Program Administrator
Megan is a University of Toronto alumna, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2008. Shortly after receiving her degree, Megan began working full-time at UofT and has supported students from across from several departments throughout the university. Megan is available to respond to inquiries regarding all aspects of Engineering Career Centre (ECC) programs, and coordinates the Engineering Summer Internship Program (eSIP) and New Graduate recruitment.

Holly Wang, M.A., Career Counsellor
Holly joined the ECC in 2007 after working at Seneca College for five years. She has over eight years’ experience in career counselling and education and a MA degree in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto. She works with all engineering and PEY students through one on one counselling, small and large group facilitation.

Sooin Park, M.Ed., Career Counsellor
Sooin joined the ECC in 2009 and brings over 10 years of facilitating and counselling experience in community and educational settings as well as a Master of Education degree in Adult Education and certification in Language Education. She provides one on one counselling as well as group facilitation to all engineering students and PEY students, and also coordinates the safety abroad process for PEY interns working abroad.

Chioma Ekpo, M.A., Assistant Director
Chioma has worked at the University of Toronto for over ten years utilising her strengths in employer relations, event management, student development and program services. She has played an integral role in the conceptualization, implementation and delivery of student-focused development programs, for the undergraduate and graduate (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) student population. Chioma works closely with her team, students, faculty, the wider university community, and industry partners to foster unique experiential learning opportunities for students that are both challenging and exciting as it prepares them for their career journey.
