2025 Ottawa Industry Tour
Overview
Throughout the 3-day Ottawa Industry Tour, participating students will experience:
- Company Tours: Gain firsthand knowledge and in-the-field experience of various industries, engineering roles, and projects in the Ottawa area.
- Industry Presentations: Each stop includes presentations on current technologies, engineering challenges, and career opportunities, providing students with a deep understanding of industry trends.
- Panel Discussions: Interaction with panels of engineers and professionals who share their career experiences, advice, and insights into the engineering field.
- Networking: Multiple networking opportunities allow students to connect with industry professionals and peers, fostering relationships that can lead to co-op placements and future job opportunities.
- Free Time for Exploration*: Scheduled free time allows students to explore Ottawa's cultural and historical sites, providing a well-rounded experience of the city beyond the industry tour.
