The Engineering Career Centre supports employers looking to hire for 4-month summer work terms for graduate and undergraduate students, and for our flagship 12-to-16-month PEY Co-op program for undergraduate students. Eligible employers in Ontario will receive a co-operative education tax credit if our students are hired. We also have our New Graduate job board where full time roles can be posted for current 4th year engineering undergraduate students as well as engineering graduate students and alumni.
We need you now more than ever. We’ve streamlined processes for employers and support students throughout the hiring process. From posting to interviewing to onboarding - it’s never been easier to hire:
- Register as an employer through the Engineering Career Portal.
- Post a job between October and April to hire for positions that start between May and September.
- Receive applications from eager and career-ready students. You choose who to interview and hire.
We continue to support international employers by being flexible in allowing them to interview, onboard, and supervise our students remotely.
